TL;DR

Customer Insights Analyst (AI): Building and maintaining customer health scoring, churn analysis, and renewals support systems with an accent on data modeling and AI-driven insights. Focus on creating interactive visualizations and self-service reporting portals to drive decision-making across customer success and leadership teams.

Location: Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii). Role is remote or hybrid.

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 USD (base + bonus).

What you will do

  • Build and maintain customer health scoring models integrating usage, engagement, and commercial signals.
  • Identify churn and at-risk accounts by surfacing leading indicators for proactive intervention.
  • Develop and own a self-service customer insights portal for leadership and account teams.
  • Create interactive data visualizations and narratives to communicate customer value and impact.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and operations to define and align on key business metrics.
  • Champion responsible AI practices and data governance across all analytical workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
  • Substantial hands-on experience in customer analytics, business intelligence, or value realization.
  • Proven track record in building customer health, churn, and risk scoring models.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI to automate workflows or enable data-driven decisions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data to ROI and quantified outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft data ecosystem (Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot).
  • Experience with customer experience metrics like NPS and adoption data.
  • Background in ETL and data pipeline development.
  • Exposure to predictive or propensity modeling for renewal likelihood.
