What you will do

• Support the execution and iteration of breadth developer programs to reach diverse developer audiences.
• Define goals, success metrics, and execution plans for programs operating at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to reduce friction and align priorities.
• Advocate for developer needs and connect community feedback to product teams.
• Maintain and improve repeatable processes, tooling, and documentation for consistent program execution.
• Organize and participate in developer-focused events, including meetups and hackathons.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience in program, project, or product management, or 2+ years with a Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience working closely with technical teams, developer audiences, or open-source communities.
• Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Effective communication skills and comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Curiosity about technical topics and ability to share information with varied audiences.

• Experience presenting technical content at events.
