Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering team management and software engineering.
• Experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, and livesite operations.
• Experience partnering with product and program management teams.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain

• Experience communicating technical designs and product strategy to senior leadership.
• Strong track record in recruiting, hiring, and coaching software engineers to improve their effectiveness.
