What you will do
- Manage named account lists and conduct outbound prospecting in retail tech and ERP integration segments.
- Execute discovery calls, product demos, and technical scoping sessions independently or with support.
- Build and progress a pipeline of qualified opportunities from first contact to signed contract.
- Produce accurate weekly forecasts and maintain CRM records to corporate standards.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers on technically complex deals requiring dedicated solution design.
- Coordinate the transition of contracted customers to Account Managers with comprehensive briefs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in quota-bearing sales roles.
- Experience selling technical products (API, middleware, automation, or data connectivity) to IT or operations buyers.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Mastery of structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC.
- Proven ability to engage C-suite and senior executives to close complex deals.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator).

- Familiarity with retail technology, ERP systems, or supply chain software.
- Experience applying AI tools to business challenges to drive efficiency and results.
