Salary: $153,900 - $171,000 per year (OTE)

What you will do
- Own and achieve assigned revenue quotas by leading end-to-end sales execution.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans based on whitespace analysis and growth opportunities.
- Build and expand executive-level relationships across clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
- Lead complex, consultative sales opportunities by aligning solutions to high-impact customer problems.
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements within established frameworks.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and maintain data accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Demonstrated ability to independently own and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
- Strong consultative selling capabilities including discovery, objection handling, and business case development.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools for pipeline and performance management.
- Ability to orchestrate cross-functional partners to support customer outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions in healthcare or digital health.
- Understanding of clinical, operational, and financial buyer dynamics in healthcare systems.
- Experience structuring moderate to high-complexity commercial agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools for daily work and data validation.
