What you will do

• Maintain and expand relationships with laboratory and pathology departments within a designated territory.
• Act as a dedicated client advocate to drive retention and operational process improvements.
• Provide onsite and virtual training for electronic applications and laboratory products.
• Coordinate the deployment of internal resources to support client growth and service recovery.
• Identify and promote opportunities to improve test utilization and strategic initiatives.
• Document client interactions and gather insights for internal work groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or science required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical laboratory experience in a hospital setting required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or transfer available.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (25–30% of the time).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or Doctor of Clinical Laboratory Science (DCLS).
• Accreditation by a national agency (MT, CLS, MLS, MB, CG, MP or HTL).
• Prior leadership, management, or outreach experience.
