Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid in San Francisco, CA. Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time.
Salary: $75,000–$100,000 + variable compensation + equity

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market clients as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Drive client onboarding, adoption strategies, and contract renewals and expansions.
- Monitor client health and proactively identify opportunities to deepen engagement and mitigate risk.
- Provide regular reporting to clients demonstrating the measurable impact and value delivered.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Salesforce, Asana, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to share customer insights and improve the offering.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships with a focus on retention.
- Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
- Experience delivering metric-based reporting and translating data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic, solutions-oriented mindset.
Nice to have

- Background specifically supporting SMB or Mid-Market clients.
- Experience with upsell and expansion conversations within an existing book of business.
