TL;DR

Client Executive (Medtech): Managing a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market clients to drive adoption, engagement, and renewals with an accent on relationship management and retention. Focus on delivering metric-based reporting, expanding accounts, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve product value.

Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid in San Francisco, CA. Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time.

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 + variable compensation + equity

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market clients as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive client onboarding, adoption strategies, and contract renewals and expansions.
  • Monitor client health and proactively identify opportunities to deepen engagement and mitigate risk.
  • Provide regular reporting to clients demonstrating the measurable impact and value delivered.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Salesforce, Asana, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to share customer insights and improve the offering.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships with a focus on retention.
  • Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
  • Experience delivering metric-based reporting and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills and an empathetic, solutions-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience in benefits, wellness, or healthcare industries.
  • Background specifically supporting SMB or Mid-Market clients.
  • Experience with upsell and expansion conversations within an existing book of business.
