Salary: $104,000 - $183,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Orchestrate collaboration between Professional Services, Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure customer success.
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value delivery and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor customer health metrics to drive solution adoption and identify potential risks proactively.
- Translate complex technical AI capabilities into tangible business value for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Customer Success Management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing high-touch enterprise customer relationships.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and customer success platforms.
