Location: Must be based in the USA (Texas, West and Central Regions). Flexible work schedules and work-from-home opportunities available.

Salary: $104,000 - $183,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Orchestrate collaboration between Professional Services, Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure customer success.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value delivery and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to drive solution adoption and identify potential risks proactively.
  • Translate complex technical AI capabilities into tangible business value for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Customer Success Management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing high-touch enterprise customer relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer success platforms.
