Salary: $125,000–$140,000

What you will do
- Conduct market and stakeholder research to inform deal strategy and uncover opportunities.
- Design tailored solution strategies that align platform capabilities with prospect priorities.
- Translate complex clinical and operational concepts into executive-level presentations and business cases.
- Collaborate across Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams to shape market-facing messaging.
- Drive operational excellence by improving CRM adoption, pipeline visibility, and reporting.
- Support enterprise sales cycles and navigate complex RFP processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, sales enablement, or sales operations within healthcare tech.
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems including payers, employers, and value-based care.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and proposal tools.
