What you will do

• Lead comprehensive system-level validation strategies for performance, power, and thermal domains.
• Drive the adoption of GenAI and AgenticAI to automate test plan generation, development, and coverage modeling.
• Partner with architecture, design, and software teams to embed automation requirements early in the development lifecycle.
• Develop scalable AI-powered validation solutions to generate high-quality test content and metrics.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers adopting advanced GenAI-enabled workflows.
• Utilize data-driven insights to benchmark and optimize validation efficiency and defect detection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in silicon, platform, or system validation.
• Strong expertise in system-level validation, including performance, power, and thermal characterization.
• Hands-on experience with Python and validation automation tools.
• Proven experience applying GenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to engineering workflows.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in EE, Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted test generation and coverage analysis methodologies.
