What you will do

• Drive velocity by identifying and accelerating key opportunities across customer, business, and technology outcomes.
• Lead significant technology initiatives end-to-end, focusing on horizontal architecture layers and durable software solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally to influence and drive end-to-end solutions for customer problems using AI.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, secure technical designs balancing short- and long-term objectives.
• Guide AI applicability, evaluate model accuracy, and apply latest AI tools to real-world problems.
• Contribute to engineering community standards, patterns, and emerging technology recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years developing systems/software for large business environments.
• 7+ years designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
• Full-stack development experience with AI technologies applied to user experiences or backend solutions.
• Experience with AI tools like SageMaker, Vert.x, LangChain, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, DialogFlow, Python.
• Experience with front-end (React, Angular, SwiftUI, Kotlin) or back-end (Java, Typescript, Spring, Express/NodeJS) technologies.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related area; strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work with global teams across time zones.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in cloud environments like AWS/GCP.
• Prior experience building AI native applications for 1+ years.
