What you will do

  • Analyze ICP databases to identify high-potential audience segments and build actionable personas.
  • Develop structured, "bite-sized" outbound sales plays and entry points for sales representatives.
  • Architect high-conversion outbound copy across email, call scripts, direct mail, and in-person events.
  • Collaborate with Growth Operations and Demand Generation teams to optimize technology infrastructure and database organization.
  • Establish a real-time feedback loop with Sales to identify resonating messages and rapidly iterate on wins.
  • Monitor performance of segments and plays to provide data-driven win/loss insights.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in outbound sales programs, sales enablement, or demand generation within SMB or high-velocity SaaS.
  • Proven ability to segment CRMs/databases into targeted lists based on ICP, vertical, or behavior.
  • Expertise in direct-response or conversion-based copywriting for sales sequences and scripts.
  • Experience working directly with Sales teams to drive the adoption of new programs.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Clay, and Outreach/Salesloft.
  • Must be based in the United States.
