What you will do

  • Coordinate retailer outreach project execution, including messaging plan alignment, execution strategy, and escalation management.
  • Set expectations and enforce best practices with retailers, clarifying how actions impact results.
  • Analyze vendor community data and feedback to customize retailer strategies and pivot based on learnings.
  • Act as a liaison between buying organizations and their trading partner community, representing vendor status and needs.
  • Collaborate with internal account teams and leadership to ensure best-practice adherence and escalate when needed.
  • Develop and execute training curriculum for sales staff to represent buying organizations’ goals and strategies during trading partner outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 3–5 years of relevant experience managing projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at an executive level with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience facilitating communications and resolving problems with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of creating results, accountability for outcomes, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an account team.
