What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-stakes programs tied to revenue, cost optimization, and client retention.
- Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Service Delivery, and Finance.
- Build and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables while adapting plans to hit business results.
- Present program performance, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Implement AI agents and automation to accelerate analysis and operational efficiency.
- Solve complex problems hands-on, including process design and stepping into adjacent work streams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration (TPA, carrier, or benefits platform).
- Proven track record of owning business outcomes like revenue, retention, and performance metrics.
- Experience leading complex programs spanning multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Fluent, daily use of AI tools for analysis, communication, and execution.
- Strong financial acumen and experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Must be based in the US and available during Central Time business hours.
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of carrier feeds, OE cycles, COBRA, ACA reporting, and eligibility.
- Experience managing high-visibility accounts or complex programs.
