What you will do

• Qualify inbound leads and maintain engagement to identify new business opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach.
• Analyze lead flow and test new approaches to optimize go-to-market strategy.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene by accurately updating lead status and contact details.
• Convert nurtured MQLs into qualified opportunities using sales tactics.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an SDR in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and leveraging AI.
• Self-starter with a competitive drive to exceed monthly demo booking targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on business experience.
