What you will do

• Develop and scale the global partner ecosystem for Business Applications, specifically CRM, HCM, Finance, and ERP.
• Build and own strategic partnerships with top ISVs to create joint solutions and GTM plays.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ISV partnerships from joint business planning to execution.
• Drive field readiness and enablement to ensure effective positioning of joint offerings.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to influence the roadmap based on partner needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years in product partnerships, business development, or partner management.
• 5+ years of experience focused on Business Applications or cloud ecosystems.
• Proven success launching ISV integrations and GTM motions with hyperscalers.
• Deep network and understanding of CRM, HCM, Finance, and ERP ecosystems.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
