GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations (AI): Building and scaling the go-to-market infrastructure and revenue operations for an AI inference platform with an accent on pipeline generation models and territory coverage. Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York
Salary: $150K – $190K

What you will do
- Lead GTM planning, headcount modeling, and revenue target-setting in partnership with Finance.
- Develop coverage models, territory design, and account segmentation based on growth projections.
- Design and track pipeline generation models, monitoring actuals vs. model to proactively course-correct.
- Build the analytics layer, including dashboards and cohort analyses, to power GTM decision-making.
- Partner with field leadership to identify business gaps and optimize the sales process and post-sale journey.
- Execute structured experiments to test new GTM channels and acquisition motions to create repeatable playbooks.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, or sales strategy, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco or New York.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-based business models (understanding ARR vs. revenue, drawdown, and net retention).
- Proficiency in SQL, CRM systems, BI tools, and AI coding tools.
- Strong analytical skills for building coverage models and board-ready forecast narratives.
- Ability to work across functions (Finance, Field Leadership, Central Ops) without formal authority.
