What you will do

  • Partner with Commercial and Revenue Strategy leaders to identify high-leverage enablement initiatives to drive funnel growth.
  • Translate GTM priorities into actionable programs that improve sales execution for both core and new products.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact onboarding and product training to accelerate time-to-productivity for commercial teams.
  • Lead the design and rollout of scalable content, AI tools, and systems in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Strengthen the commercial operating rhythm through SKOs, training cadences, and feedback loops.
  • Analyze funnel performance and sales data to surface gaps and guide coaching efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales, or a related field, ideally in financial services.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with commercial leaders and driving impactful enablement programs.
  • Experience designing and delivering sales training, onboarding, and content for commercial teams.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales technology stacks such as Gong, Outreach, and Highspot.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach commercial talent through structured feedback and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Must be based in New York City.

  • Experience in a high-growth fintech or technology scale-up environment.
  • Experience working with US SME Sales Teams.
  • Experience implementing and scaling AI-enabled sales workflows.
  • Experience with data-driven enablement program measurement and iteration.
