TL;DR

Sales Manager (Fintech): Building a dedicated Spend sales team to launch and scale an integrated spend management platform in the North American market with an accent on complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. Focus on prospecting, consultative discovery, and navigating financial decision-making processes to define the category from the ground up.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston, USA. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation: $200,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for hirify.global Spend, from outbound prospecting to closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Build a net-new pipeline by targeting Finance, Procurement, and Operations leaders.
  • Run consultative discovery sessions to map platform capabilities to complex spend workflows.
  • Navigate multi-threaded deals involving CFOs, Controllers, and IT stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored business cases and ROI narratives for financial decision-makers.
  • Contribute to the go-to-market playbook and refine product positioning for the US market.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in fintech, spend management, or ERP solutions.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA.
  • Proven track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
  • Ability to speak credibly to financial workflows like spend controls and reconciliation.
  • Experience with Salesforce and data-driven pipeline management.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the spend management or corporate card space.
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations like NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience in a market launch or early GTM hire role.
