What you will do

• Own annual planning, strategy, and budget for all Gen AI and Research events.
• Lead and mentor a team of field marketing and events managers in executing logistics for dinners, meetups, and trade shows.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the Scale AI Base Camp conference, from venue selection to agenda and attendee invites.
• Coordinate the Gen AI and research portions of the annual AI Leadership Summit.
• Collaborate with growth marketing to align on MQL reporting and measure event ROI via Salesforce.
• Interface with external executives and government officials to secure speakers and plan presentations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in field and event marketing.
• Experience managing events ranging from 30 to 5,000+ attendees.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach CRMs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to execute in-person events.
• Exceptional communication skills for interfacing with C-level executives and government officials.
