What you will do

• Own the operational backbone of campaigns, including setup in HubSpot and Salesforce, audience management, and QA.
• Maintain data integrity by deduplicating records, standardizing fields, and managing enrichment tools like Clay.
• Monitor and optimize AI agents and automated workflows to improve team efficiency.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign and funnel metrics.
• Document processes and SOPs in Notion to support team self-service.
• Support the wider operations team with triage and routine business-as-usual tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work from the office 2 days per week.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets and a quick learner for new software tools.
• Interest in marketing operations, with potential background in sales, customer success, or marketing coordination.
• AI-native mindset with experience using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• English proficiency required for all stages of the recruitment process.
