Sustainability Operations Auditor & Coordinator

What you will do

• Execute sustainability audits, certifications, and corporate sustainability programs across multiple markets and facilities.
• Coordinate with Sustainability Supervisors by providing day-to-day guidance, follow-up, and operational support.
• Support the implementation, resource planning, and monitoring of sustainability initiatives and compliance standards.
• Maintain employee schedules and staffing assignments in Rippling and review employee timesheets.
• Coordinate purchasing requests and process invoices through Ramp and other company systems.
• Administer the returnable packaging program, including Bills of Lading, facility approvals, purchase orders, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, environmental engineering, food engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in audits, facilities management, sustainability programs, or administrative operations.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting food safety, FSQA, or quality standards audits.
• Experience with multi-site operations and teams across different geographic markets.
• Knowledge of sustainability, waste management, recycling, composting, or environmental compliance programs.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.
