Operations Manager – Property Management

Location: Remote from LATAM, supporting residential property portfolios in Miami and Orlando during EST business hours.

hirify.global is hiring for a U.S.-based residential property management client managing portfolios in Miami and Orlando.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day leasing, vacancy management, unit turns, renewals, rental increases, inspections, and operational deadlines.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and vendor performance across the property portfolios.
• Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, evictions, and operational KPIs.
• Lead a six-person team, establish performance standards, conduct coaching and reviews, and maintain accountability.
• Manage property owner relationships, provide portfolio updates, handle escalations, and support client retention.
• Improve workflows, remove operational roadblocks, and partner with leadership on growth initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of property management experience and 2 years of team management experience within a property management company.
• Hands-on experience with leasing, vacancies, unit turns, maintenance coordination, rent collections, renewals, evictions, and owner relations.
• Experience working directly with property owners and leading remote teams.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Strong leadership, accountability, independent decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• Availability during U.S. EST business hours required.

• Experience with Buildium, QuickBooks, and Monday.com.
