What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer retention, expansion, and lifetime value.
• Create and manage ABM campaigns across email, webinars, social media, and events.
• Segment customer personas based on lifecycle stage, product usage, and industry.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Organize customer-focused events, conferences, and community initiatives.
• Track and report on KPIs including churn, NPS, and expansion revenue.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Waltham, MA, USA.
• 10-15 years of experience in customer or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven track record in driving customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Expertise in customer journey mapping and lifecycle strategy.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
