Location: Must be based in New York City, hybrid role (3 days/week in office)
Salary: $176,500 - $223,000

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing lifecycle marketing team.
- Design and execute multi-channel engagement strategies across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
- Optimize funnel performance to increase conversion rates from enrollment to retention.
- Scale automated journeys using Iterable and ensure personalized messaging.
- Establish rigorous QA processes for flawless campaign deployment.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, ideally in healthtech or B2B2C/D2C.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, specifically Iterable.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Experience leading and scaling teams in a high-performance environment.
- Must be based in New York City and able to work from the office 3 days a week.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and CS teams.
