TL;DR

Director of Member Growth (Lifecycle Marketing): Driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven lifecycle marketing initiatives with an accent on automated journeys and multi-channel strategy. Location: Must be based in New York City, hybrid role (3 days/week in office)

Salary: $176,500 - $223,000

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing lifecycle marketing team.
  • Design and execute multi-channel engagement strategies across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
  • Optimize funnel performance to increase conversion rates from enrollment to retention.
  • Scale automated journeys using Iterable and ensure personalized messaging.
  • Establish rigorous QA processes for flawless campaign deployment.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, ideally in healthtech or B2B2C/D2C.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, specifically Iterable.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Experience leading and scaling teams in a high-performance environment.
  • Must be based in New York City and able to work from the office 3 days a week.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and CS teams.

  • Experience with data architecture and infrastructure integrations.
