Salary: $85,000 - $105,000

What you will do
- Develop marketing strategies for Peacock originals, including positioning, audience targeting, and strategic frameworks.
- Translate research, cultural insights, and performance data into clear takeaways for campaign direction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Media, and Decision Sciences teams to inform strategic recommendations.
- Create compelling presentations to communicate strategies to senior leadership.
- Conduct competitive analyses of the streaming landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and contribute to optimization through key insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, or entertainment marketing.
- Strong ability to synthesize data, cultural insights, and business objectives into actionable recommendations.
- Skilled in visual storytelling and creating compelling presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work from the New York office at least 4 days per week.
- Experience navigating matrix-style organizations and building cross-functional relationships.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with project management systems like Airtable.
