What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic growth programs to generate qualified pipeline using an integrated marketing approach.
• Innovate and experiment with new growth levers, using data to validate hypotheses and scale successful campaigns.
• Establish clear KPIs and reporting templates to track program success and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate within a pod-like structure across product marketing, demand generation, and digital media teams.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to build intuitive user journeys that move prospects through the buying funnel.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of driving sales pipeline and revenue through effective marketing strategies.
• Deep analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Qlik, and Excel.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests.
• Experience operating in a cross-functional, matrixed team structure.
