What you will do

• Lead a value stream focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Optimize production schedules and flow to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Implement and sustain RBS/Lean principles, including Kaizen, standard work, and Gemba walks.
• Coach and develop supervisors and frontline teams to build an accountable, high-performance workforce.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through waste elimination and structured problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (highly desired).
• 5-8 years of experience managing manufacturing teams.
• Experience in a metric-driven organization focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Proven ability to use structured problem-solving methodologies such as A3 or 5 Whys.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Elizabethtown, NC.
