Maintenance Technician

TL;DR

Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing): Performing preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems with an accent on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Focus on improving machine uptime, implementing CMMS programs, and ensuring safety and quality standards in a high-speed digital manufacturing environment.

Location: Must be based in Nashua, NH (On-site). Role restricted to U.S. Citizens, permanent residents, or asylees due to ITAR compliance.

Salary: $24.18 - $32.26 per hour

What you will do

• Perform scheduled maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and component replacement.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and CMMS implementation.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder logic.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate on process improvements to enhance machine reliability.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status (ITAR requirement).
• High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge up to 480V, including motors, starters, and VFDs.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with injection molding machines and CNC equipment.
