What you will do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client lead for social media programs and strategic recommendations.
  • Integrate social-first content within broader media and marketing campaigns, focusing on sales events and brand launches.
  • Develop and oversee organic social strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and paid integration.
  • Manage French-language social initiatives, coordinating asset adaptations and ensuring cultural relevance for the French market.
  • Synthesize insights from paid, organic, and influencer efforts into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Oversee account financial management, including budget tracking, forecasting, and billing documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of agency experience, ideally within luxury, automotive, or high-performance brand environments.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with the ability to develop and review content in both languages.
  • Strong understanding of paid/organic social, influencer marketing, community management, and social listening.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada to support the hybrid office model.
  • Exceptional communication skills with proven experience in client-facing leadership roles.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms, scheduling tools, and basic financial processes.
