Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 CAD

What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including communications and performance tracking.
- Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, coordinating timelines, drafting briefs, and managing asset delivery.
- Identify and research prospective creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and newsletters.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize the creation of briefs, outreach messages, and competitive analysis.
- Review creator content for brand fit, formatting, and FTC compliance.
- Onboard and manage smaller creator partnerships independently over time.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or campaign coordination.
- Must be based in Toronto, ON for hybrid work.
- Proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to accelerate routine workflows.
- Strong written communication skills for professional creator outreach and briefing.
- High level of organization and detail-orientation for tracking complex campaigns.
Nice to have
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, PartnerStack, or Refersion.
- Previous work with brands targeting small business owners or entrepreneurs.
- Knowledge of FTC compliance and creator brand safety.

- Take-home case study followed by a 60-minute team interview.
