What you will do
- Partner with C-suite leadership to co-create brand visions, core business objectives, and strategic goals.
- Develop brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks to clarify market presence.
- Lead strategy for new business and organic growth pitches, from early framing to the final narrative.
- Translate research, data, and cultural signals into actionable strategic direction and insights.
- Collaborate across disciplines (creative, technology, and media) to ensure brand cohesion across all touchpoints.
- Guide clients and internal project teams in the effective use of AI tools and services.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in brand or creative strategy, ideally within an agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading integrated brand positioning and go-to-market strategy for large multi-national clients in luxury, retail, or CPG.
- Track record of shaping creative strategy across campaigns, websites, platforms, and content ecosystems.
- Advanced French communication skills.
- Must be based in the provinces of Ontario or Québec.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in consulting and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI at the experience layer, such as personalization and conversational interfaces.
