Salary: $164,000 - $245,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead negotiation and drafting of vendor agreements, including technology services, cloud, SaaS, and payment processing.
• Design and continuously improve playbooks, contract templates, and negotiation workflows.
• Partner with procurement, engineering, product, finance, and information security teams.
• Provide practical, strategic legal guidance to stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop training resources to empower business partners to self-serve on routine commercial matters.

Requirements

• JD and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of relevant transactional experience in-house at a technology company or at a top law firm.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of data protection and privacy regimes (CCPA, GDPR, APPs, PIPEDA, GLBA).
• Experience supporting global or multi-jurisdictional transactions.
