What you will do

• Craft and execute innovative strategies for enterprise data privacy, AI governance, and risk management.
• Collaborate with Security, Product, and Finance teams to deliver legally compliant customer experiences.
• Lead the design and implementation of automated workflows for CCPA/CPRA handling.
• Develop structured frameworks for AI governance and tiered vendor risk programs.
• Provide strategic legal advisory and manage risk evaluations and incident responses.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in privacy law (in-house or law firm).
• J.D. degree with an active bar admission in good standing.
• Deep working knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, and FTC Section 5 standards.
• Must be based in the United States.
