What you will do

• Investigate, resolve, and reprocess rejected mutual fund transactions in collaboration with fund companies.
• Execute internal transfers and administer systematic withdrawal plans (SWPs) and pre-authorized contribution (PAC) arrangements.
• Perform daily settlement activity and reconcile cash balances to resolve discrepancies.
• Complete monthly reconciliations of client holdings and ensure alignment with recordkeeping systems.
• Assist in the calculation and processing of trailer fees and advisor commissions.
• Partner with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and address client inquiries.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically within mutual funds or a related field.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Community college diploma or degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Completion of industry-related courses such as CSC or IFIC is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Dataphile and FundSERV systems is strongly preferred.
