Location: Must be based in Canada with valid work authorization. The role follows a hybrid office schedule in Toronto (moving to Mississauga in late 2026).

Salary: $79,000–$90,000 (base salary plus target bonus).

What you will do

  • Collaborate with advisors to satisfy client needs and present portfolio recommendations.
  • Prepare and process client documentation, including account applications and prospect letters.
  • Manage and track client onboarding processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and customize portfolio reports.
  • Liaise with custodians on operational matters, including account opening and reconciliation.
  • Support the implementation of wealth strategies through detailed portfolio administration.

Requirements

  • Must have valid work authorization for Canada.
  • Must be currently licensed as IR or RR with Canadian Securities Course (CSC) & Conduct & Practice Handbook (CPH).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
  • University degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in wealth management operations.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
