What you will do

• Lead a team of fund accountants in producing NAVs, financial statements, and associated reports.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client queries to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the audit process and review financial statements for accuracy.
• Maintain operational controls in accordance with SOC1 and internal checklists.
• Manage client profit margins, staff utilization, and incident risk reduction.
• Contribute to local and global system initiatives for technological improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada
• University degree in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund administration.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA, ACCA, ICAEW, CFA) is an asset.
