Finance Manager (Finance): Providing financial support to Wealth Management on strategic projects with an accent on financial modeling, business case development, and performance measurement. Location: Must have current work authorization for Canada. Role is based in Toronto (moving to Mississauga in late 2026) with flexible hybrid, remote, and in-office options.
Salary: $105,000–$140,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead complex financial and economic analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct pricing and competitive market assessments for emerging business opportunities.
- Design and manage reporting systems and tools to ensure consistent data integration.
- Develop key success measures, scorecards, and KPIs for strategic distribution channels.
- Provide financial stewardship, expense management, and support for ad hoc business projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- University degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Economics, Commerce).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
- Ability to influence senior management and think critically about financial results.
- Experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services is preferred.
Nice to have
- Completion of or progress toward CPA (CA, CMA, CGA), CFA, or MBA designation.
