Wealth Advisor (Financial Planning): Providing comprehensive financial guidance and investment strategies to clients with an accent on portfolio management and long-term goal planning. Location: Must have current work authorization for Canada. Role is 100% remote with hybrid options available.
Salary: $100,000–$140,000 CAD annually plus variable incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Advise clients on investment portfolios and develop personalized financial planning strategies.
- Partner with the transition team to manage the onboarding process for new clients.
- Proactively engage existing clients to educate them on products, services, and investment suitability.
- Manage an assigned client base to increase penetration and achieve sales targets.
- Liaise with back-office and middle-office teams to provide operational and service support.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular meetings, reporting, and responsive communication.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
- Must be licensed as a Registered Representative (RR) and meet CIRO proficiency requirements.
- Strong familiarity with financial planning software and investment products.
Nice to have
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or PFP (Personal Financial Planner) designation.
- Working towards CIM or CFA (Level 1).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
