Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the US and be eligible to travel overnight within the US and Canada. Must be eligible for US National Agency Check (NAC) security clearance.

What you will do

• Install software and hardware for DR and imaging systems at customer locations.
• Perform technical analysis to ensure optimal performance and reliability of deployed solutions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including site diagrams, test plans, and daily service activity reports.
• Provide detailed feedback to global support and R&D centers on technology performance, serviceability, and design issues.
• Develop and design site diagrams and procedures as best practices for local and regional use.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the installation process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DR deployment and service.
• Bachelors degree in a technology field or an equivalent combination of education and healthcare IT experience.
• Expert knowledge of x-ray room networking, operating systems (UNIX, Windows), and databases (Oracle, SQL).
• Proficiency in digital medical image processing and remote connectivity security.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 80%, depending on business needs, within the US and Canada.
• Eligibility to apply for customer-initiated security clearances, specifically the US National Agency Check (NAC).

Nice to have

• MCSE, Network+, and CIIP Certifications.
• Experience working in a global environment with virtual teams and remote locations.
