Technical Field Engineer II (Medtech)

Location: Must reside within the Rochester / Buffalo, NY territory and possess a valid driver's license for regional travel.

Salary: $90,000 - $114,000 USD (Base) + Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)

What you will do

• Lead regional education and training for internal teams and external customers on CRM procedures and products.
• Provide technical expertise and clinical coverage for physicians and fellows during CRM implants or clinic visits.
• Analyze competitive technology to articulate hirify.global's competitive advantages to regional teams.
• Partner with sales leadership to develop strategic technical training aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research Organizations on physician research and clinical studies.
• Maintain high-trust relationships with key stakeholders through clinical and technical competency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or sales/service/engineering in the Cardiac Rhythm or Implantable Medical Device industry (or an Advanced Degree in engineering or nursing).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire.
• Valid driver's license is essential for regional travel to multiple accounts.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including wearing a lead apron and handling equipment up to 40 lbs.

Nice to have

• Degree in biomedical engineering or nursing.
• Experience in Cath Lab, EP Lab, or cardiology settings.
• Proven experience educating medical personnel and peers.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft tools.
• IBHRE certification.
