What you will do

• Prepare scopes, RFPs, and budgets while managing payment applications.
• Administer construction contracts from inception to closeout.
• Oversee project scheduling, sequencing, permits, and official closeout processes.
• Manage subcontractor engagement and enforce strict onsite health and safety standards.
• Review project progress to ensure quality and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Lead project meetings with owners and architects, reporting risks and costs to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field (preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, management techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Work location: Must be onsite at client sites in Atlanta, GA.
