What you will do

• Consolidate project expenditures and forecasts into detailed budget reports.
• Monitor and review project budgets, including hard and soft costs, risk logs, and payment applications.
• Facilitate the resolution of scope changes, delay claims, and design impacts.
• Coordinate with client finance departments, lenders, and contractors regarding cash flow and billing.
• Lead budget review meetings and lender site-walks to ensure financial transparency.
• Analyze and negotiate contractor payment applications and change order requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 5-7 years of related experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Understanding of Design Build, CMAR agreements, and FF&E procurement.
• Ability to travel as required to meet project needs.
