What you will do

• Lead day-to-day construction activities across multiple data center projects to ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Manage and mentor internal and external construction project management teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely procurement and delivery of owner-furnished equipment.
• Enforce strict safety compliance and advocate for safety as the top priority on all job sites.
• Secure necessary entitlements, building permits, and local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) approvals.
• Prepare and oversee construction estimates, project budgets, and unit cost reports to ensure financial accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in construction project management, including 5+ years in the data center or mission-critical industry.
• Deep understanding of building codes and zoning regulations, specifically in the Columbus and Johnstown markets.
• Proven leadership in managing complex, large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and financial management tools.
