What you will do

• Lead and manage the Carling Project Management team across the USA, Mexico, and China.
• Oversee the operational aspects of complex engineering projects from inception to implementation.
• Monitor project compliance and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Track project milestones to proactively identify and mitigate risks that may threaten delivery.
• Plan human resource requirements for the development of new products.
• Act as a subject matter expert on corporate processes for New Product Proposals and the 5-Phase Development program.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience in a product development environment.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management engineering experience in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry.
• Experience interfacing with Automotive OEMs and/or Tier 1 customers.
• Ability to plan and maintain a budget and lead subordinate teams.
• English communication skills are a must.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification or equivalent.
• Design engineering experience.
• Bilingual skills.
