What you will do

• Coordinate daily work assignments with the supervisor to meet shipping schedules and customer demands.
• Provide hands-on support to employees through training, problem-solving, and quality reviews.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and systems in collaboration with maintenance teams.
• Lead daily tier meetings and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain 5S standards within the primary work area.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure immediate reporting of all concerns or incidents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 4+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
• Understanding of safety regulations, manufacturing codes, and quality procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
• Must successfully complete background checks and pre-employment testing.
