Leadperson - 1st Shift (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Assist the Production Supervisor with the orderly operation of the valves department and timely completion of production orders.
• Coordinate work assignments, customer demands, and shipping schedules with the supervisor.
• Support employees by solving problems, answering questions, reviewing quality, and providing training.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems and coordinate with maintenance and support departments.
• Lead daily tier meetings, support employee engagement, and promote positive employee relations.
• Drive continuous improvement, inventory accuracy, and 5S standards in the primary work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices.
• Ability to work onsite in the Franklin, New Hampshire manufacturing facility.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the manufacturing floor, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and communicate clearly with managers and coworkers.
