What you will do

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards to create a single source of truth and support strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain datasets using efficient data modeling, DAX, and performance-focused measures.
• Optimize SQL queries and views to improve reporting, analytics, and data processing performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production reporting solutions to ensure reliability and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT and Line of Business leadership to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including data governance and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in Business Intelligence, with at least 4+ years specifically in the Power BI ecosystem within an enterprise environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query, and star schema data models.
• Advanced SQL skills for developing and tuning complex queries across large-scale relational data environments.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and modern BI best practices.
• Must be based in the United States.
