What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets using exploratory and advanced data analysis and analytical best practices.
• Design and develop Business & AI applications, including the monitoring of performance and risk indicators.
• Build and maintain scalable, automated systems, reports, and dashboards for divisional analytical needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts to share analytical approaches and reusable code.
• Lead stakeholder engagements to identify and implement low-code and automation opportunities.
• Manage and track analytics initiatives, modifying development based on data observations and process limitations.

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 3+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience applying data analytics techniques in a financial services or human capital management (HCM) context.
• Proficiency in ETL development, SQL, and cloud database platforms such as Snowflake or MS SQL Server.
• Experience developing data-driven dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview.
• Ability to build and enhance BI applications using Alteryx or Power BI.
• Experience utilizing Python for data processing, web scraping, and report generation.
