Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote for residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA. Candidates in Washington near Tukwila are requested to visit HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Salary: $68,300 – $127,500 annually

What you will do

• Perform exploratory, diagnostic, and descriptive analyses to identify trends and anomalies that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance across various functions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define meaningful metrics and align insights with business goals.
• Analyze A/B tests and provide actionable recommendations to drive optimization efforts.
• Clean and transform data using SQL, Python, or Alteryx to ensure high-quality datasets.
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data pipeline integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, CS, Data Science) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant data analysis experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python (or equivalent tools like Alteryx).
• Intermediate proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience in the business or financial industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics.
