What you will do

• Provide expert-level technical knowledge and analysis for highly specialized applications and operational environments.
• Offer high-level functional systems analysis, design, and implementation advice for complex business and technical challenges.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, focusing on planning, analysis, testing, integration, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of business processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, system specifications, and integration strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in business process analysis or a related field.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (e.g., PMP, CBAP, Six Sigma, ITIL, or equivalent).
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise-level systems integration and process optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
